Happy Halloween, Ghosts & Goblins! Grab your broomstick or your magic wand and get ready for our first annual Halloween Room Deco Challenge! This yearâs challenge will leave you shaking with excitement because three lucky participants will be crowned our Halloween Grand Prize winners! Winners will get 12,500 VCOIN AND a choice of 50,000 credits or, Tiered VIP! Our Grand Prize winner will be announced on Halloween (Monday, October 31) and 20+ participants will also be featured during our Halloween Bash Weekend.
The challenge is open for entries starting October 4 and will close on October 24. Featured rooms will be shared on October 27 and a grand prize winner will be announced October 31. Good luck, letâs get spooky!Â
Ready to Decorate?
When it comes to the #IMVUHalloweenDecoChallenge, your only limitation is your imagination! Make it spooky, make it sweet, make it fun, make it a treat; get creative with your Halloween room design. Â
To enter the #IMVUHalloweenDecoChallenge, start with the Halloween Deco Template in your inventory! Decorate this room specifically with items from the Shop. You can purchase new, use existing items in your inventory, or even create something! Whatever you choose to add to your room, we highly recommend decorating it using IMVUâs Desktop Beta so you can easily access Room Deco 2.0 tools to make it easy and fun.Â
*The room you decorate can be a private, public, live, or shared room. If a shared room is a Grand Prize winner, both designers will be awarded a prize. Â
How to Enter
To enter the #IMVUHalloweenDecoChallenge, follow these steps:
- Complete your room decoration, using the free Halloween Deco Template we dropped in your inventory!Â
- Snap a photo of you in your Halloween-themed room; showcase as much of the room as possible.
- Share your photo on IMVUâs Discover and Instagram and use the hashtag #IMVUHalloweenDecoChallenge. Do not spam the hashtag.
IMVU Halloween Bash – Visit Featured RoomsÂ
Starting Thursday, October 27, IMVU will host a Halloween Bash with fun, events, and even more Halloween excitement all weekend long. On Thursday, weâll announce 20+ featured rooms that made us scream; included in that list will be our Grand Prize winners but we wonât tell you who until Monday!
