Update – 6/09 1:26 PM PDT: We’ve identified an interim fix to address this issue and are currently working to implement it. I’ll circle back with another update and more details shortly.
As a side note, we don’t think this issue impacts sales as much as you think. In fact, internal research has shown that the majority of product purchases happen without the customer ever visiting the product detail page.

paying twice to submit a product and then update with a pic is total nonsense. i also will usually not uven look at a product with no picture. this is simple marketing. the fact that the seniors at imvu are denying this problem tells me there are probs else where and it has fallen on the developers to foot the bill.
:3 I think it’s silly to require a catalogue image, before submitting it, because not everyone can make an image of the product before submission. It should be required, before publishing…
