The IMVU Customer Support team has created a new way to manage incoming requests for customer service. As we make this transition, we are discontinuing the use of direct Customer Support email addresses. Instead, we would like you to visit the IMVU Support Center by clicking on the Help link located at the bottom of every IMVU.com page.
Within the Support Center, you will find two lists of frequently asked questions. The first is based on the Most Popular Topics, and the second covers the Most Recent Topics. If neither list answers your question, then you can browse the subject areas on the left side of the Knowledge Base webpage or search (via the search box located in the upper left hand corner). On this page, you will find several ways to help you get an answer to your questions quickly and efficiently.
If you still cannot find what you are looking for within the Knowledge Base, you can submit a ticket to request assistance from our Support Team. To do so, just click the Request Support tab, and then click on Submit a Ticket.
